Skeeter's Mesquite Grill is owned and operated by Houston-based Adair Family Restaurants. Gary Adair and his wife Betsy opened their first Skeeter's restaurant in West University in 1988. Since then, Skeeter's has expanded across Houston with a total of six locations serving up fresh ingredients and Tex-Mex goodness to Houstonians. Skeeter’s is known for pleasing kids and parents alike with its laid-back atmosphere and smoky South Texas grub.
